I love to teach vinyasa style yoga classes where movement and breath are connected, creating a dynamic flow. The focus is on breathing into each posture, calming the mind and focusing on each movement. Importance is placed on excellent technique and challenging yourself, then enjoying the release and peace that comes with a well-earned savasana or meditation at the end.

Barre​ tone, lengthen & strengthen your body


Barre classes combine yoga, pilates and ballet barre conditioning to strengthen and tone your body, as well as creating longer, leaner muscles. Barre classes are based on interval training, but remain fluid and organic.


My barre classes are exhilarating, challenging and totally addictive! I am all about excellent technique and breathing to energise the body and mind. Classes are hard but fun, and you will walk out feeling lighter, happier and perhaps a teeny bit sore!

I am an experienced Reiki energy healer, passionate about assisting you to create positive shifts in not just your mind and body, but your inner energy too. 


Every session is individually tailored to you, and can be a combination of life coaching, meditation, visualization, breath work, crystals, and of course Reiki Healing. Casey is empathetic, and understands that we all go through tough times throughout our life. Sometimes we just need some help to clear our mind, calm our emotions, and create a more positive flow of energy in our body. 


Our outer world is simply a reflection of our inner state. What we’re thinking and how we’re feeling, these thoughts and emotions are reflected back to us in our daily life. The external world around us can give us insight into our inner most thoughts and feelings. Often it is a matter of uncovering our underlying deep seated beliefs and values, to understand the root cause of our physical, mental and emotional troubles.
